Annoucement Instructor

As part of my work with the Chiba Prefectural High School Baseball Federation, I once again had the opportunity this year to provide announcement training to the student managers who will play a central role in organising this summer’s prefectural tournament.

I wonder how many of Japan’s 47 prefectures offer managers the opportunity to receive training from professional announcers like this. Even within the Greater Tokyo area, the situation varies: Kanagawa Prefecture doesn’t have, whilst Tokyo does.
