Since May, I’ve been deepning my knowledge and skills as a journalist through a course for journalists in the Western Pacific region, organised by the WHO, the World Health Organisation, and Data LEADS. The first session has now taken place, and I’m already found it inspiring. It’s fascinating! I’m so glad to have made it through the selection process. I also have my postgraduate studies to keep up with, but I’m going to give my all to both.
Tomoko is a news and sports anchor and reporter, with 15 years of experience in television and radio journalism. Also, she is a communication specialist at international organizations. She is a graduate of Essex University in England and received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Economics. In her spare time, Tomoko enjoys volunteering and travelling.
