I chose about the Japanese government&#8217;s Individual Number card (My Number card) with health insurance certificate. I analysed it from the perspectives of co-production and democracy. Then I wrote policy recommendations for the Japanese government.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Some of m coursemate is coming to Japan this week. While my undergraduate friends from Essex University come every month, this is my first time meeting a postgraduate friend here.
