Started Artistic Swimming

I really loved my work of announcing at the artistic swimming (AS, formerly called as synchronized swimming) venue in World Aquatics Championship 2023 Fukuoka and World Aquatics Masters Championships,

That made me to start artistic swimming!
I joined a beginner class at the local AS club recently.
My goal is to compete in an international competitions within a few years.

I sometimes have to miss my classes due to work, but I enjoy practicing with people of all ages in the class. Also I enjoy gathering information of:

  • Which muscles do I need to work out??
  • What nutrients should I take after practice?
  • How should I care for my body after practice? etc.
    and incorporate them into my life.

I will do my best!
