Tokyo Mimi College MC

On 27 December, I MCed the sign language event ‘TOKYO Mimi College 2023’ organised by the Tokyo Metropolitan Government. (Mimi means ears)
The Tokyo Metropolitan Government enacted the Tokyo Sign Language Ordinance on 1 September last year.

I graduated from junior and senior high school in Tokyo. When I was there, I was a member of the sign language club in addition to the track and field club. I was looking forward to this day like a schoolchild on the day before a field trip.

While moderating, I was able to watch the performance off-stage, take notes and study while the presentation was being made.
